The Latin American Guitar Orchestra System SLOG, is based on a different approach to cultural management, by converting each of its orchestral platforms into a small social enterprise, capable of sustaining its administration. It is based on the social productive concept, which completely differentiates it from other foundational schemes around culture and which really increase national public spending. For SLOG, the premise is to convert each platform into income for the gross domestic product, in each of the countries in which it operates.

Founded in 2007 by the Venezuelan guitarist and composer Carlos Reyes, SLOG is based on a plan that he conceived at the age of 20, with a set of cultural proposals for the benefit of his guitar guild.
